How do I add sites to my network?
To add sites to your network you must be the site administrator. Logging in as the site administrator, the site submission screen is displayed. Fill in the simple form and your site has been created.
How do I update a site on my network?
To update a site to your network you must be the site administrator. Logging in as the site administrator, the site submission screen is displayed.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, a list of existing sites is displayed.
- In the displayed site list, find the site you would like to update.
- Click the word "Edit" next to the site needing alteration, a site update screen is displayed
- Fill in the update the data and click SAVE.
How do I add assets to my site?
To add assets to a site, you must be the site administrator.
- Login in as a site administrator, a site submission screen is displayed.
- If the site does not exist, add the site.
- If the site exists:
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, a list of existing sites is displayed
- In the displayed site list, find the site you would like to add assets too.
- Click the word "Edit" next to the site gaining asset information, a site update screen is displayed
- On the site update screen, click the ASSETS button, the assets entry screen displays
- On the assets entry screen, fill in the asset entry data, and click the SAVE button

- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, a list of existing sites is displayed
- In the displayed site list, find the site you would like to update assets on.
- Click the word "Edit" next to the site gaining asset information, a site update screen is displayed
- Midway down the page, click the ASSET button, a asset update screen is displayed
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, a list of existing assets is displayed
- Click the word "Edit" next to the asset you would like to update, the asset information will fill the edit screen
- Update the asset information
- Click SAVE to store the information
How do I position my site on the map?
To position a site on the map, you must be the site administrator.
- Login in as a site administrator, a site submission screen is displayed.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, a list of existing sites is displayed
- In the displayed site list, find the site you would like to update assets on.
- Click the word "Edit" next to the site gaining asset information, a site update screen is displayed
- On the site update screen, scroll half way down the screen to the MAP button.
- Click the MAP button, a map will display.
- On the map, position the mouse cursor over the location of your site.
- Left click to position the site pin on the map under your cursor
- Repeat the previous step until you are happy with the location you have placed the pin
- Click SAVE to store the map location of your site.
How do I add photos to my site?
To add photos for a site, you must be the site administrator.
- Login in as a site administrator, a site submission screen is displayed.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, a list of existing sites is displayed
- In the displayed site list, find the site you would like to update assets on.
- Click the word "Edit" next to the site gaining photos, a site update screen is displayed
- On the site update screen, scroll half way down the screen to the photo input section
- Click the browse button, a pop-up window will open permitting you to browse to the photo you would like to add to the site
- Select the photo in the pop-up window and select save
- Repeat the previous step until you for up to 4 photos
- When photos have been selected click the Photo Save button, the photos will be stored and displayed in the right column of this page as affirmation of the storage.
- You may repeat the previous two steps as many times as you would like to add as many photos as you need displayed
How do I get a password to administrator my sites
Unlike many other sites, we control access to this site. To obtain access to this site, you must be associated with a registered client. Login and password information is provided to registered clients and their designated support personnel. Contact support to have access provided to this site.
How many individual logins may I have for my site?
As part of the basic package, clients may have 5 administrator logins and 10 guest logins. Administrator logins allow the client to
have up to 5 distinct logins for persons that will add and edit site. The 10 guest logins may be distributed by the client to those
persons needing access to asset information, but, have no reason to edit the site information.
Additional site logins may be purchased at a nominal fee for increments of 5 logins in each category.
Can I have people view my asset information without being able to change the information?
Purchasing a Mapped Assets package, you receive allocation of 10 guest logins . You may provide guest logins to those people that need to view the assets information, but, have no need to modify the information. Using the guest login, vistors may view the map, visit sites and view asset information. Additional logins may be purchased at a nominal fee for increments of 5 logins.
Can we have alternate forms of information stored?
With each purchase of a Mapped Assets package, we will discuss the addition of additional data to the database. We are happy to adjust the site to better satisfy the needs of the client.
