Mapped Assets was developed for those people wanting to be able to track their assets from anywhere that they find internet access.
Our clients would like to have access to asset information at or away from their office. Our clients would like to identify assets by the recover information about their assets by location. Our clients have assets in various locations (sites), and want to record what assets are at each site, then, allow others to view the information over the internet.
We provide you with registered access to your own Asset Network Space, and allow you to assign 3 levels of access. We provide levels of Controller, Maintenance Manager and viewer.
Viewers are permited the viewing of a maps and reports showing your asset storage sites. Viewers may click on asset site, view individual assets available at the selected site and obtain reports.
Maintenance Manager privilege allows the manager to add sites and sites assets. The manager may specify locate a site on a map, specify generic site specific information and specify specific site asset content.
Controller has all access privileges of the Viewer and Maintenance Manager, plus master management control of your Network space. The Controller has complete control over who has access to view assets, who may update site asset data and may adjust any content.
